This lightweight, ultra-compact water-resistant/repellent sil-nylon reusable bag packs anywhere and doubles as a functional backpack. Jam one behind the headlight or a side panel and it will stay there until needed. Or toss inside another pack or Messenger Bag.

They are built to last. All seams are reinforced with binding for durability and strength. The handle loops are tacked and bound, then reinforced again – so they won’t pull off. Two draw cord closure straps of flat webbing secure a quick cinch closure. Bottom corners are reinforced with Cordura pack cloth.

The draw cords lock to desired length so they can function as backpack-style shoulder straps. A small stuff-pocket is located high on the interior to double as easy-access storage for keys or a phone.

Carries fine across shorter surface street distances by threading one’s left forearm through the handles so the bag hangs just in front of the left knee, too. Inspired by Mark Lindemann, motorcycle industry veteran and author of ‘The Total Motorcycling Manual’ (#5506). Blue. 4.5"×3.75"×2" (compressed), 19"×20"×18" (expanded).

Retro-cool precision in solid brass and steel, based on the Universal Equinoctial ring sundial used by ancient sailors and mathematicians. The outer and inner rings pivot and adjust for accuracy and fold flat for easy transport in a pocket. Beautifully engraved numbering and lettering finished with a black ink coating make it easy to read and give this instrument a timeless appearance. Can be used around the world to quickly and accurately indicate the local solar time, and also functions as a sun compass and a model of the world.

You really don’t need one of these, but pulling it out at the campsite or rest-stop will seriously trump all of the latest modern digital farkles and draw both smiles and an audience wanting to see how it works. Beautiful to handle and satisfying to use. (Excuse me, do you have the time? Why yes, I do.) Fusion-reactor powered. Includes instruction manual. 2.36" diameter. 1.4 oz.

So your buddy pulls over in a cloud of smoke with a broken chain piled up in front of his engine sprocket and a busted crankcase. Or he throws his new scoot up the street in a cacophony of sparks and shredded parts. Whattya do? Look uncomfortably at your feet? Cringe with empathy? Hell no. You whip out Mr. Happy and lighten the mood with chirpy platitudes such as “Gee Bill, I’m sure we can find a guy to replicate that casting for big bucks.” Or “That’s OK, that bike was kind of ugly anyway, don’t you think?” Chances are that after the rider in question chases you half a mile down the road and pummels you about the head and shoulders he’ll feel MUCH better.

Be ready with a kind word and light pantomime for any downer occasion. Mr. Happy wants to help. Fits readily in most tankbags. Also good for cheering up rain-sodden rally campsites or bolstering spirits during multi-day bad weather scenarios that have eaten up most of a given vacation or ride.

A hat like this is a simple thing. It seems. But not really. The purpose of this cap is to be compact enough and light enough to be able to be stored un-noticably in the front long-zip pocket of any of an Aerostich (or other) riding suit or jacket, so when your helmet comes off you can protect your head, and shield the sun from your eyes.

The zippered compartment on the back is long enough for three stacks of bills placed end-to-end. This is a discreet way to carry hoards of fifties or hundreds on long trips… or just a safe place to forget a single “emergency” dollar. A flat row of quarters will fit, too. One size fits all. Belt can be shortened by cutting and fusing. Black nylon webbing 1.25" wide, 46" long. Durable cam-action black nylon buckle (money not included).

Instantly convert any pair of gloves to work with your mobile devices. Medical-grade capacitive sensing fabric keeps you reliably connected without the need to remove your gloves. Durable adhesive application attaches securely to any type of glove and withstands all types of weather. Set of 4 peel and stick glove tips. Especially handy for on-the-go use of GPS or navigation apps. One size fits all. Set of 4. Silver. Made in America.

Whip it out for high performance on hot asphalt. The CFSP looks and works better than a flattened can, which is never around when you need one anyway. Stiff and light, the Carbon Fiber Sidestand Plate is about the same dimensions as a pack of cigs (but thin), so it will fit into your pocket with room to spare. Included is a natty Aerostich Ultrasuede carrying sleeve that protects you from earthen parking lot dirt. The sleeve may be attached to the inside of your bike’s fairing so it’s always at the ready. 4"×2.5.

The 62" black nylon utility cord loops over the left grip to eliminate bending to retrieve. When you’re ready to go, just reel it in while comfortably saddled. Includes a “Remove Before Flight” ribbon so you’ll never accidentally leave it behind. Same black ultrasuede storage bag as the CFSP. Made in USA

Features

• Ultra-light and ultra-strong Carbon fiber.
• Parachute cord with hand-grip loop makes it easy to pull it up after you mount the bike.
• Red ‘remove before flight’ flag to remind you to pull it up before taking off.
• As ridiculous as you can imagine, but despite that, it works well.
• Looks cool, sells poorly, so you’ll probably never see another at any moto-gathering event.

Keep earspeakers and cords safely tucked away in this convenient holder. Opens and shuts like an old-school coin purse. Soft, durable plastic. 2.5"×1.4".

Probably the most secure place on your person to keep money and valuable papers. Adhesive hook & loop attaches a secret fold-over wallet made of thin nylon to your boot’s inner calf or front gusset. Large enough to hold a bunch of money (or whatever else you don’t want found). For some reason neither thieves nor third world border inspectors check moto-travelers smelly, dirty boots. (?!) Hmmm...at least not Greg’s. Set of two pockets: 3.25"×4.5" and 6.75"×2.75".

12V, 40A Bosch-type relay for use with high amp draw electronic accessories like big driving lights, extra loud horns, double sided arm jesters, etc. Waterproof sealed plastic housing with metal mounting tab. Includes installation and wiring instructions. 2.125"×1"×1.25".

Additional Information/Resources:

Make attaching bungees easy and fast. Add a tie-on place where you can reach it. Black 3/4" flat webbing securely sewn. Adding a small amount of adhesive where the webbing crosses itself allows these to remain permanently set up on your bikes frame, ready for use. Two 3⁄4"×5", two 3⁄4"×7", and two 3⁄4"×9" loops. (6 loops).

Note: These loops are intended to make it easier to secure duffels, packs and luggage to the back of a motorcycle for travel, and are not strong enough to help strap a bike to a trailer or truck.

Bigger, better and easier to use. This version is configured for strength, versatility and easy use. The ‘figure eight with a half twist’ web arrangement won’t scratch your bike and lies flatter. An attached 7” loop of sewn-in parachute cord makes installation in tight spots easier. Two 1"×9.5" web loops.

Wrap the stretchy 1.5" wide suspender elastic band around any gear to be stowed and press the heavy-duty Velcro® together to hold and secure. Hook and loop even allows them to be strapped together end-to-end for larger loads. Two sizes: 25" and 19". 1.5" wide. Set of two.

Durable no-scratch resin molded body with steel inner frame hooks that can help you make up custom cargo carrying applications. Easy to set up ‘V’ hooks allow cord lengths to be easily adjusted and securely held at the perfect length and tension. Two hooks per pack. 3"×2.5"×.25" each.

Compared to bungees and nets, straps are more secure because they can be cinched almost completely solid, which prevents loads shifting on washboard gravel or bumpy paved backroads. The 1" quick release Delrin buckle made will handle a minimum of 250 lbs. Similar looking straps sold in camping stores are too short to be useful for packing a bike and the buckles are not-quite-strong-enough. These are over eight feet long (100"), and the webbing has a 1300 lb break strength. (May be cut to shorter lengths and fuse the ends with a cigarette lighter). Sold in sets of 3.

Helps to maintain stability and lessens shifting during riding, particularly helpful when riding sport bikes with low bars.

** Does not work with bags with the Quick Release Strap.       ( You need to ask for the one with the snap)

You know who you are. You’re among friends here...but across the world of ordinary people, regular workplaces, common hardware stores, consumerized shopping malls, offices, workshops and chain grocery stores…the Road Grimed Astronaut goes a long way. Because most people have no idea.

Let us explain. Do people in grocery stores and gas stations see your onesie coverall or teched-out armored adventure suit as peculiar? Have you ever ridden past a bedraggled looking group of bevested and bechapped riders standing around under a freeway overpass smoking cigarettes and waiting for the rain to stop…and did you smile inside your helmet as you went by? Do bearded hipsters regard the uncoolness of your wonderful habiliment from saddles of their fenderless aircleanerless purified bikes or (more likely) thru their car windows as you ride by them in traffic on a cold dark day?

If some of this is slightly familiar, you are a Road Grimed Astronaut. You have the right stuff. So you might want this.

Offer: The 3" size of the embroidered RGA patch will be added to the sleeve shoulder of any ordered new Aerostich suit or Darien gear FREE if requested. And if you send us worn Aerostich gear for repair or refurbishment service and ask, we’ll add an RGA patch FREE, too, if requested.

You don’t seriously need this one. Two to a set. 4.75"×1.25".

You’ll quickly become addicted to this face shield squeegee. Made of a stretchy silicone material that easily conforms to the thumb or index finger of your left hand, VeeWipes make riding in the rain safer. Pack contains two sizes (one each) to fit most glove sizes and thicknesses. Trim with a scissors for a custom fit.

The two little .5 oz bottles are a nice flat, oval shape so they pack flat in any pocket. These won’t leak or spill like tiny pump sprays can, either. One’s got a windshield cleaner, the other is “Protectall” (#4796), a fabulous all-purpose cleaner and polish. Also included are a microfiber cleaning cloth and a compact 3"×5" Cordura carrying case. An indispensable shield cleaning kit that packs small enough carry along on every ride, ready for use at a moments notice. No excuses.

Made in America

Yes, I do use our little face shield kit. And for some reason don’t miss the ’spray pump’ component. Over the last few years I've become more squeamish about using the filthy windshield cleaning tools in the dirty water out by the gas pumps. I was fine doing that for years but now what I do is take some of the paper towels off the pump island and jam them into my helmet and use the sink in the rest room to clean my helmet. This takes a little more time but at least I’m getting clean water. I don’t use the Protect-All wax (one bottle has windex and the other Protect-All) during the day. I usually apply a fresh coat at night after the day’s ride is over. My last trip was six road days and four motel nights (to-and-from NYC the slow way) so I did the wax treatment four times. When it rains on a Protect-All’d face shield it’s almost as good as Armor-All, and bug splats are also easier to remove.

Perfect for your tank bag, soft luggage or riding clothing. Use these zipper pull covers and you'll be able to grab zippers better. They prevent zippers from scratching your bike, slip on easily, lock and never pull loose. Made of a tough rubber silicone elastomer that provides a great grip, even when wet. Black with white logo. Pack of 6.

If you’ve ever encountered the charmingly termed “evaporative recovery nozzles” at gas stations, you know what a semi-spastic wrestling match with one of these flammable-spewing horses appendages can be like. All you’re trying to do is refuel your motorcycle, right? However, for those of us so afflicted, this nozzle key artfully retracts the corrugated... forepart of said alloy proboscis and allows you to gas your bike with a minimum of fuss and splatter.

Beat the Evaporative Fuel Nozzles and top off your tank with relative ease with this lightweight, 1/8” thick, credit card sized tool. Durable ABS plastic prevents damage to the paint finish on your fuel tank. Unique teardrop shaped cut-out allows sliding over gas nozzle to depress and hold back the EFN boot while adding fuel to your tank. Won't slip off either. Works for filling gas cans too. Even if you don't live in a state with these booted nozzles, sooner or later you'll need one of these. Fits easily in your wallet, jacket pocket or tank bag. Prevents fuel filling frustration. 3.3"×2.2".

Connect two garments to a single power plug.

Additional Information/Resources:

Secures firmly to the left sleeve loop on all Aerostich jackets. Comes with a waterproof form for you to note vital information, such as: name, age, address, phone numbers, contacts, blood type, allergies, family doctor and other information that communicates for you, in the event you cannot. Includes an adhesive loop strip for use on helmets and non-Aerostich gear. 5.5"×1.5". Specify Red or Hi-Viz Yellow.

Small size with big performance, these are the same lightweight, minimalist tools issued by the U.S. military for decades. Time-tested for toughness, dependability and for making quick work offing the lid on a can of tuna or beans. Made from nickel plated, hardened carbon steel, the blade folds flat for storage and will stay sharp for years. Sold in pairs. Attach to keychain, lanyard or tuck one in to any pocket or bag. 2"×.8".

Turn the thumbscrew on this aluminum carabiner to securely hold your stuff together or stay attached where you clip it. Includes removable 1.25" diameter keyring. 2.5"×1.25"×.25". Assorted colors.

This connector is used as a suit side entry pocket pass-through, and eliminates the need to thread the power wire through the side entry zip in one piece suits. The SAE end plugs into the electric garment, ending in a QuiConnect 2 coaxial male connector (inside the suit). Captured by the side entry zip or powercord port, this connects to a 6.5" QuiConnect 2 female wire with an SAE end to connect to the standard switch coil cord (outside the suit). The elec-gear wire pass-thru in all of the one-piece suits (Classic Roadcrafter, R3, R-3 Light) was inspired by Steve Hall, who called it the 'Hall-Pass'. Thanks Steve!'

These black plastic coated steel hooks attach easily to the base edge of your saddle providing a strong yet unobtrusive place to hook elastic cords or nets. No drilling or cutting to install, yet easy to remove if needed. Four per pack.
